Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically are received anywhere from 7-10 business days from the date your order is shipped. Orders can still take up to three (3) business days to be processed. This excludes weekends and holidays. Also, please keep in mind delays that occur during holiday seasons. We will make every effort to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy: Returns and exchanges allowed on damaged or wrong items only. All other sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.

DAMAGED & UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the rare case that an item is received damaged, we will work to remedy your order when proof of damage is provided. Any orders marked as delivered, but not received by customer should be addressed directly with the mail carrier. Please email customer service at info@wesandroh.com or submit an inquiry here within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or undelivered order with any supporting documentation. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response (excludes weekends and holidays).
